Ardell x ShoeDazzle: Falsies for Every Girl

Eyelashes are pretty much the most important thing about your look (after shoes, of course), so we teamed up with Ardell Lashes to show you how to apply falsies like a beauty boss.

For the fierce #girlboss we recommend our everyday glam look. Apply a warm-hued eye shadow to the crease, blending it out and adding subtle shimmer below the brow bone and at the inner corner of the eye. Make a statement (much like you do at the office meeting) with a bold shadow or liner along the bottom lash line for a look that will draw attention to your eyes and lust-worthy lashes. Finally, use DUO adhesive in dark to mimic liquid liner on the lash strip. Squeeze the Faux Mink #811 lashes and natural lashes together to secure placement and ensure all-day hold.

The bold bombshell look is for the girl who knows no limits and is always extra. Use a vibrant shadow on the lid, blending it out as you go and adding a transitional color for a “smokey eye” effect. Add highlighter below the brow bone, at the inner corner of the eye and along the cheekbones and bridge of the nose. Complete the look with the ultimate lashes, Mega Volume #250. We recommend using the Ardell lash applicator and starting in the middle of the eye moving on to each end of the lash strip to secure the falsies in place.

Of course false lashes aren’t limited to the makeup-obsessed! We have the natural look for those who are more into a basic beauty aesthetic. Start by applying a beige shadow all-over the lid then lining the upper and lower lash line with a deeper tone. Use a warm-hue for the outer crease and liven things up with a pink-accent shadow all-over, making sure to blend it in. Opt for a matte beige under the brow bone and at the inner corners of the eye. Apply the Double Up individual lashes with the lash applicator, layering a few or a lot, depending on your mood.

Now that you have the looks down, all you need is some lashes! Luckily we’re having a fab-u-lash giveaway!
